Overhaul of MAN Diesel Engine on a 5T truck, with periodic servicing & maintenance thereafter.

Delivery Type/Form

Initial work is evaluation and costing of what is needed to overhaul engine in its existing [inoperable] state. After repairs, vendor will provide scheduled routine maintenance of the truck for up to a year on a pre-agreed schedule.

Pricing Terms

Pricing from vendor shall be quoted and agreed upon BEFORE any work is done.   

Payment Terms

Vendor is to be paid in a stagewise manner for each phase of the work effort. Payment may be by bank transfer to vendor’s account and would be covered by applicable documentation (receipts). Payments to third-party service providers (parts vendors, etc.) may be made directly to those third parties by client upon advice of vendor.

Suspension Or Termination

In the event that any circumstances, business considerations, or external factors force, require, or advice the reduction, suspension, or termination of buyer’s manufacturing operations, buyer reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service agreement with 15 days’ notice.
